Once you’ve created your technician portfolio in PCS website, you’ll be requested for an onboarding interview with the recruiting team. There you’ll be asked about your preferred payment option whether it’s direct deposit or e-transfer. Every time you’re assigned to a Work Order, prior to the start your pay rate, project details, responsibilities, etc. will be documented as a 1099 contract between you and PCS.
